Innisfail Town Theater (I.T.T.) was founded in 1979 by a dedicated group of local theatre enthusiasts who shared a passion for the performing arts and a desire to bring live theatre to the community. Over the past four decades, I.T.T. has grown into a beloved part of the cultural landscape of Innisfail and surrounding areas, staging more than 80 productions and providing entertainment, inspiration, and artistic expression to audiences and participants alike.

At the core of I.T.T.'s mission is the commitment to deliver high-quality community theatre experiences. We believe that theatre serves not just as entertainment, but also to foster connection, empathy, and understanding among community members. By presenting a diverse array of stories, from classic plays to contemporary works, we engage and inspire our audiences, highlighting the transformative power of live performance.

Each year, we produce two major productions: one in the late fall and another in the spring. These performances include both general admission and dinner theatre shows, offering our audiences a variety of ways to experience live theatre. The dinner theatre format has become a favorite among attendees, combining an evening of delicious food with captivating performances. This unique blend of dining and drama creates a memorable and intimate experience for theatregoers, enhancing the magic of live storytelling.

I.T.T. is a non-profit organization, and we are deeply grateful for the support of our volunteers and the wider community. Our board, which meets at the Ol' Moose Hall on the second Wednesday of each month, helps guide the direction of the troupe and ensure we continue to bring engaging and meaningful theatre to Innisfail for many years to come. Through the passion of our members and the enthusiasm of our audiences, we remain committed to keeping the magic of live theatre alive in our town.
